Do you feel far from God because of your sins? Do you have a heavy heart
knowing you have offended God and your fellow men? Are you burdened by guilt
for secret sins? Do you wish to confess your sins to someone but do not

God welcomes a contrite heart. In Psalm 147:11... for the Lord takes pleasure in those who fear him, in those who hope in his mercy.
The greatest act of God's mercy is that God sent us his Son to die for our sins. In Titus 3:5 we read that "he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy...."
Confess your sins to break its hold over you. Speak to God and tell him
you are sorry in the silence of your heart. Sometimes, the feeling of guilt
remains. Then it is best to confess privately to your priest or pastor or
someone close to you so that they can pray for you. If you do not have the
courage to do so, then confess your sins here anonymously that others may
